I was surfing the net trying to find a place where I could order socks for our annual hockey fundraiser – Paul Henderson's Marathon of Hope

I came along a couple of sites and emailed them some questions and I immediately got a reply back from Robert and his company, Modelline Hockey Socks.

Robert answered all my questions quickly and before I could blink my eyes the socks we ordered were on our doorstep. Due to my error we had one small "speed bump" as the color of the jerseys that arrived AFTER the socks did not match 2 sets of socks that we had ordered. Once I notified Robert he was on it immediately to accommodate our needs and the socks that we needed arrived well before our event which is amazing considering the time that he had to work with. I believe any other company at that point would have dropped the ball and we would have been stuck with socks that did not match our jerseys

This is the second set of socks our team has ordered from you, the first set lasted over 6 years, and still have some life left in them, hopefully some goals as well! Just wanted to send a quick email to Thank you for the incredible service I had dealing with your company. I needed approx 1000 pairs of socks for a customer so I had been calling around to suppliers with my request.I called several suppliers that I currently use and one or two said they can do the order but when I called back to place the order the delivery time was up to 3 to 4 weeks which would not work for me as I had a deadline to meet so I found Modelline contact information online and called Rob with my now urgent request.I told Rob what I needed on a Thursday and placed the order on Friday for 1100 pairs of custom made hockey socks.I received approx half of my order five days later and the remainder of the order a few days after that, I truly could not believe the service I was getting,they actually ran out of one colour wool we needed and had to fly more in overnite to keep the production going working through the weekend to meet the deadline.This was the first time I had any dealings with Rob or his company and absolutely won"t be the last, it was a true pleasure doing business with Modelline.The product and product knowledge was fantastic and the pricing was great, not to forget the incredible service going above and beyond to get the order done.I can see why this company has been in business for many years with many more ahead.

I can't begin to apologize for the delay in my reply. Time got away from me, but I felt it was important to let you know what a hit the socks were with the team! They love, love, loved them! The kids looked great. Well put together, like a bunch of pros on the ice. On game day they all wore their toques too! It was a success and we owe it all to you!
