Privacy/Return Policies

Terms of Service

We thoroughly respect our customers and their privacy. We do not telemark, rent or sell customer information to anyone.

We store customer names, addresses and emails in our database merely so we can find your order if you ask about it and as a customer tel number is requried when shipping.

We may use your email occasionaly simply to notify you of special sales or promos we are running.

Each email is sent with an option to unsubscribe from our mailing list.

If we send an email you find annoying, simply brint it to our attention and we will remove you from the list.

Shipping & Handling Charges

We do our best to make our shipping charges match what carriers charge us. We do not consider shipping a way of "making money", on the contrary, we pass on to customers the discounts we receive from carriers. 

If you feel the shipping cost on your order is not being calculated correctly, please let us know before you submit the order.  In most cases, when shipping costs seem high it's because Canada Post raises their rates every year.

Please allow 24 hours for your order to process. Orders placed by noon EDT usually ship the same day.



All sales are final. Exchanges can be made if customer pays return shipping  and socks are such that we can resell. The socks we can resell will be determined on a case by case basis. This applies to knit only, mesh socks cannot be returned or exchanged. No exchanges or refunds on custom socks, knit or mesh. Exchanges may be made if we have made an error on our part in sending out incorrect socks. Contact us for details.
